How long to get access to the resources after upgrading to Pro?
Once you bought our Membership it can take up to 24 hours to access the files (Usually between 1h to 8h to give you access). We will notify when you can access to the files by email.
What format files do you support?
We mostly support Adobe Photoshop. Sometimes Figma as well.
How good are your resources?
We only create high quality products with perfect attention to detail to ensure that every items we offer it can really be useful in your daily activities. We don't create low quality resources so you don't have to worry.
How often do you release new products?
We try to release between 10 to 12 product each year. It depends on how big is the product. For example 1 product can contain 20 different mockups.
Can I use the files after my membership expired?
Yes, you can use the files, after your membership has expired.
Chance to extra year Access Pro?
Yes, every year we select one winner between all customers only that purchase our Pro Access during the year. The winner will be announced on our social media at the day: 12.04.2025

Can I cancel my Membership?
Yes, but it would be unnecessary, as you have already paid for the full year, and the activation license key you purchased will remain valid for one year (Pro Access). After a year it will expire with no renew. If you wish to deactivate your license key before its expiration, please contact us.
Please be aware if you want to cancel \ deactivate your membership you won't get refund of your money.
Do you make refunds?
No, we don't make refunds. Make sure that you really want to purchase our products or membership. If you are not sure. We prefer that you don't purchase our products or membership.
